Prime Marketing Experts was founded in 2017 by Michael Krieger, a native Bostonian. As an entrepreneur himself, he is dedicated to helping small businesses grow their online presence.

Meet Michael
After earning his Master of Science at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, Michael built a company that has become a one-stop marketing shop. PME excels at creating robust websites, social media campaigns, email sequences, and high-performance search advertising.

Chris Gentile
Artificial Intelligence Engineer
Nashua, New Hampshire
Chris Gentile builds the AI systems behind Prime Marketing Experts. He joined the agency in January 2026 to design its AI adoption strategy and personally build the production systems that execute it — the voice agents that answer and qualify inbound calls, the automations that route a lead to the right person within seconds, and the reporting layer that tells clients what is actually working.
He has run an independent AI and automation practice since 2021, focused since 2023 on production large-language-model systems — retrieval, custom assistants, and multi-step agents built for real business workloads rather than demos. Before that he sold and supported enterprise network, datacenter, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure across New England, experience that keeps his work grounded in what a business can actually buy, run, and trust. He studied computer science and psychology at NHTI, Concord’s Community College, and has completed formal training in AI fluency and advanced agent tooling.
Marta Flori
Real Estate AI Specialist
Portland, Oregon
Marta Flori is a licensed Oregon real estate broker who has worked the Portland market since 2019. She knows the city block by block, and the network she has built across the local business community means her clients rarely hit a door she cannot open.
Her strength is the part of the job that cannot be automated: listening closely, reading what a buyer or seller actually needs, and negotiating hard for it. That experience informs our real estate AI work — part of what the industry calls PropTech, the technology reshaping how homes get marketed, shown, and sold — helping shape how our systems talk with buyers and sellers so they sound like someone who knows the market. Marta holds a degree from Oregon State University and works from Portland, Oregon.
